Does this use a simulated sine wave null

The title and GX1500U spec sheet on CyberPower both say Sine Wave (not simulated). The spec sheet also shows Active PFC (Power Factor Correction) Compatible as Yes. So I'm not sure the answer given a month ago by Tech (saying yes it's simulated) is correct for GX1500U. We paid extra to get the Pure Sine Wave model.
