• It reqires 2 sealed lead acid batties with 12 volts and 9 amp hours. Many places carry them. SLA 12V 9ah

• Good-day, the best thing to do when you need new batteries is to take the old ones out and note the data printed on the battery. In general, it should be 9 Ampere-hour. For safety, remove jewelry before replacing batteries.

• Yes the battery is replaceable. you can refer to the manual for directions on how to replace. When replacing batteries, replace with the same number of the following battery: CyberPower / RB1290X2 for the GX1500U
