• Preorder, no. The USB ports are provided so that you can charge your cellphone or tablet, if needed.

• No, that will not work. The USB interface is designed for communication with a computer system (Windows, Linux, MAC) which can provide access to the UPS functions and logging capabilities. You can, however, purchase a cheap Windows computer which has an HDMI output -- connect that to the TV and then connect the UPS to the computer via the USB cable. But again, a direct connection to the TV from the UPS will not work.
