Does this have auto restart function null

Hello, all of our UPS will attempt to automatically restart once if it depowers while operating in battery mode following a utility failure and the utility power is restored. This behavior is dependent on having a good working battery as an old, depleted battery may report a voltage too low and fail to restart.
