Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you could use this to power your Christmas lights. I am assuming you will be connecting to a battery of sorts. Please keep in mind however, safty first. This device is really not recommended for outside use. Not good if it gets wet. So please think about placement away from weather or wet. They do make 12v lighting. Additionally take a look at your circuit breakers for the house, or perhaps there is a switch that controls the outlets. But I am sure you have already done this. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use a car battery with this and get more power. Depends on how much wattage the lights pull. There is one power limit for using the car battery directly as the power source (higher) and one if you plug into the car jack.
