“How would I know if my pump is working ? In the hardware monitor on my computer it says that the pump 1 is going 0 rpm. Is it supposed to say that ???”

It is possible the Fan on the pump is not connected to the motherboard directly so the PC can not translate its temps. A way to know if the water cooler is working is by looking at your temperatures. They will be higher than average and steadily climbing.
