“I unpacked the computer, removed the panel and foam, there is a "PCI-E" 6 female prong and a 2 prong (not labeled) which are tie wrapped together and not connected to anything. Am I suppose to plug these in? What does it connect to?”

Mine is the same way, I think they’re for extra harddrives or grapichs cards.
