QuestionI just got this computer a few days ago and it seems very loud. From what it looks like, all of the fans are running all of the time. Is that normal? That is with only light use like checking email and social media.

- Answer I would say that is not normal. I have had mine for a Month and have not heard any noise from it.

QuestionDoes this pc have a dvd drive built in?

- Answer No it does not have a DVD Drive. Most gaming PC's do not require DVD, blue ray and CD drives. This case does not allow you to install one either. But you can always get a USB DVD drive.

QuestionSo I bought this and it just came in today. I booted it up and it’s a red and black screen that says GIGABYTE at the top. I watched tutorials cause I was lost and when they boot it up it, it boots up windows 10. What did I do wrong?

QuestionI was also wondering about the headphone jacks on top. I know there is one in the back but I was wondering why the two on top do not work.? Are they not for headphones or is it a different connector.? So far this is the only issue I've had.

QuestionHi. Just had a quick question about the motherboard of my GMA3800BST. If I were to upgrade my gpu to an RTX 2070 Super, would the graphics card on it work, or would it need to be upgraded too?

- Answer You should still be able to keep your current graphics card. Upgrading your GPU doesn't really affect the graphics card unless it's just too old.

- Answer Just return it. I had one quit, it was replaced and that one quit 5 days later! Go with a Dell or Alienware (also a Dell).

- Answer I don’t know much less care. I would run from this computer. We bought 1 for our son at Christmas. Opened up on Christmas and he couldn’t even use it - bad hard drive. Take it back and they exchange it. About 5 months later that one fried also. Def not worth the hassle or money. Switched to dell.

QuestionI unpacked the computer, removed the panel and foam, there is a "PCI-E" 6 female prong and a 2 prong (not labeled) which are tie wrapped together and not connected to anything. Am I suppose to plug these in? What does it connect to?
