The aio radiator has one single speed rgb fan on the front and one PWM rgb fan on the back in a push pull config. These cheap fans dont move much air in general. The reason for the hot temps is because of this and because the GPU heat pulls through the radiator to exit causing the radiator/cpu to heat up. To resolve, the hot air from the GPU needs evacuated from the top. Add two or three 120mm fans to the the top of the case pulling air out the top. This will fix cpu and gpu from heating up when gaming. Also, adjust the rear radiator PWM Fan in the bios to spin faster with a more aggressive fan curve. I added 3 noctua 120mm chromax to the top case controlled by fan2 with a splitter on the motherboard and all the issues with heat were resolved. If you dislike the aio cooler in general, replace with a noctua NH-U12s. Regardless you will still need to add a top fan IMO to deal with GPU heat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can you explain more in depth how you added the fans? Where did you connect the splitter? I couldn't find Sys_fan connectors but I did find the CHA_Fan connectors, but there were no pins. I was thinking of buying a fan hub, but because there were no pins, I was confused. How exactly would I add more fans because I plan on adding two fans on the top to serve as exhaust and one more on the front bottom to serve as intake.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I installed a Noctua 120mm (Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM, High-Performance Cooling Fan, 4-Pin, 1700 RPM (120mm, Grey) in the top. It fits perfectly and completely solved the cooling issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for reaching out Chris. Please double check the clearance of the case for any cooler bigger than 120mm.
