Great Computer, but watch GPU Temps!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First things first, please note the GPU is known to have some overheating issues in the Radeon RX 5700XT, some forums did help me solve this issue easily as well as undervolted the GPU in the Radeon software included in the computer! All in all I was expecting something that wasn't going to have the best specs and best performance due to the stigma of prebuilt PC's are bad but received a great mid to high powered PC! So far all the components were very carefully picked out for a high performance experience. Seeing how well put together, as well as the cable management, it really surprised me, this PC is so far the best deal in the market. Components I Received and upon closer inspection were: CPU : Ryzen 3700x GPU: Asrock Challenger D RX 5700 XT OC Motherboard: Asus Prime B550M-A M-ATX with WIFI Ram: Crucial Ballistix 16 GB DDR4 3200 CL 16 MEM Power supply: Apevia 800 Watt Gold 80 Plus CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Masterliquid ML120L RGB V2 SSD; WD Blue 1 TB Storage HDD: Sadly no Hard drive which this computer is going to need in the future. *Keep in mind not everyone receives the same parts, CyberPowerPC uses parts that are readily available at the time of manufacturing and building so take caution* All my included parts listed above were great and am content with the parts as well as the amazing looking case, not the best for airflow though but still manages to keep my PC nice and cool while gaming for hours. I have tried testing this PC to the extent as any person would use for gaming for long hours and is so far blown my mind and made me extremely happy to have this strong of a PC.

Very good gaming computer for the money
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced an old gaming computer with this. Overall very happy with the purchase. Consistantly hitting a high FPS on newer titles and destroying older ones. If you purchase it I would strongly suggest pulling the back panel off and making sure the fan controller is securely attached. Mine fell off its double sided tape and unplugged one of the fans. Also make sure all the other plugs are secure. The AIO cooler does its job well and under full load with cinebench r20 it ran under 80c. Mine came shipped with ballistic 3000mhz ram, a 800 watt power supply 80+ gold rated, and the xfx thic 2 GPU (it gets hot but not insanely hot). My only real complaint is when I checked the bios the fan/water pump header the cooler was plugged into was not set to water pump in the BIOS. Before I changed that the CPU would spike in heat till the pump ramped up, after the change no real issues. XMP was already active out of the box. Over all very happy, its not perfect but for the price I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better prebuilt. Ps - and little to no bloatware, happy days

Great computer for a great price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything has been running very well. I noticed the GPU running a little hot but after an undervolt and a custom fan curve I've seen significant improvement. Even without the undervolt I've never had the computer crash on me. I upgraded the bios to get the ram up to the advertised 3000 mhz. Price to performance this can't be beat especially with a few of the discounts I was able to take advantage of. My computer included the following.. Asus PRIME B550M-A (WI-FI) XFX 5700 XT Thicc II Crucial Ballistix 3000 mhz 16GB XPG 1TB NVMe Apevia 800W Gold+ One thing I will note is the fans inside the case always spin at 100%, they're not particularly loud but a fan control option would have been nice.

Great Video Editing/Gaming desktop.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A fast, powerful computer for the price. Easy to set up, ready to go within 10 minutes. Awesome RGB lighting on the tower's fans and case and on the mouse. and a white led backlit keyboard looks good and is helpful in a dark room or at night. After doing my own research this is the best computer I could find for the price without building my own. Easy access for future upgrades when the time comes. Components: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor / 16 Threads MB: Asus Prime B550M-A AC Chipset AMD Ryzen SOC BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. GI: PCI-Express RAM: T-Force DDR4 dual channel 16GB CAS: 16 3000Mhz Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT SSD: 1TB WD Blue (this could have been better)

A little hot but great value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a prebuilt its a great value. I couldn't build it for this price. My first computer and its great. Having said that i will build my next one so i can have all components equally good. The motherboard could be a bit better along with 3200mhz ram would be nice but they also cost more. I would also choose a saphirre Rx 5700 xt. I received the challenger rx 5700 xt and its great but runs a bit hot. I undervolt mine to hopefully prolong the life. The only negative was my ssd had its sticker on it still. Which seems like it wouldn't matter but it started bubbling. There was also a slight smell. I talked to CP cs and they just had me pull off the sticker. Unfortunetly my windows boots up slow like 1 out of 5 times and ive had a few crashes getting me stuck in bios. Sounds like it could be a faulty ssd. I ran a test and read and write times for ssd are good. Luckily ive got a year to figure it out and they will replace it.

CyberPowerPC - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X RX 5700 XT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is time for upgrading the home computer and found CyberPowerPc deal on Best Buy. Let's start with the ordering on BestBuy.com, it was very easy as long as it was in stock. The PC arrived at the Store and I picked it up yesterday morning. The setup was easy. Overall, I did not have major issues like other people on here. Pros of this CyberpowerPC 1) Bang for the buck for what the features/hardware are. 2) Well package and no major cosmetics issues. Maybe BB staff checked prior for customer pickup ? 3) Setup was really easy as my teenage son managed without supervision to install a new 2TB HDD and games Cons of this CyberpowerPC 1) Mouse was already broken upon opening the box - the buttons were indented (just like some of the reviewers experienced) and the lights on the mouse did not light up initially. Few tries plugging and unplugging to the USB - it did light up on and off pending on the time of the day. 2) Cheap KeyBoard Register the PC and then send an email to CyberPowerPC (Support) to see if I can get a replacement mouse. I am not sure what the other reviewers did to get a replacement. I was just a little disappointed and happy that I only have to deal with the broken mouse. I will see how the PC runs as I have only spend about 24 hours with the system so far. I will update if I hear back from CyberPowerPC with regards to the mouse issue. Overall, nice RGB color system on the PC and the GPU is running great so far ! I am hoping that I do not have to use too much support from CyberPowerPC esp being a techie and engineer.

great PC. ignore issues in other reviews!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.first off this PC is amazing for the price and I challenge anyone to make a similar build for cheaper! also other reviews of this PC have mention overtempting issues and crashing issues. I have found fixes to these issues so don't worry! this PC looks amazing and it performs like a high end PC. I'm playing warzone on max settings getting 110-140 fps! the mouse and keyboard they include are also of good quality. the keyboard is back lit white and the mouse is a RGB mouse that switches colors to match the PC. overall I'm super impressed with this PC and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a good starter PC GPU high temp issues: so out of the box this ASrock AMD Radeon 5700xt does run warm.... luckily ASrock has a program to adjust the GPU fan trim! once I readjusted the fan speed settings in this program my GPU temps went from being 90 degrees Celsius to 65-80 degrees Celsius. keep in mind I'm running warzone on high settings running around 110-140fps. I will include the link for this pr https://download.asrock.com/Utility/AMD/Tweak/ASRockTweak(v1.1.29).zipogram. PC crashing: I found that the crashing issues on this pc were GPU drivers causing it to crash. I found a short YouTube video to help update the drivers manually to fix this problem. I will also include a link to this video in this review. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtIh1fnuNoE&t=300s

Very well built Gamine PC, runs Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC to me is a really good Gaming PC for the price. When it got delivered the box was damaged so I was a bit nervous! I unpacked it and seemed to be fine it came in a Styrofoam casing. The tower was unscathed and hardware was unharmed. In this PC the hardware came with - Gigabyte motherboard, which I'm going to upgrade before to long the Wi-Fi on it is ok, the Bluetooth isn't very good. -RAM: BALLISTIX - 2 8gb, 3000mHz (read review stating it was 2666mHz when they got there's mine was also had to go into bios to change it so it would run 3000mHz which wasn't to hard to do) -CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 - 3700x (Very good gaming processor) -Video card : ASRock RX 5700 XT (it runs around 110c read that it runs hot and shouldn't run that high, I did look into it and they say its suppose to run that hot but to reduce some of that heat you can underclock it a bit or add extra exhaust fans to the top of the PC) all around very good Video Card on C.O.D. I'm running avg. 155fps. The keyboard and mouse seem well built weren't damaged as I read in some reviews. The PC was built well I checked to make sure there was no wires disconnected or any of the hardware was hurt or not hooked up everything was clean and organized. I was able to hook it up a go, very easy to setup! For a pre-build Gamine PC I would definitely recommend this build!!!

It is ok for the price, but still some problems
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it is a good choice for its price. But there are two things I'm not satisfied with it: 1) It came with an Apevia ATX-PR800W power supply, which is not necessary and loud. 2) The video card is an XFX RX 5700XT THICC II, which is one of the worst comparing to other RX 5700XT cards. It can still handle most games in high video quality, but it sometimes runs really hot (over 100 degrees celsius). I would still recommend it since it's hard to find a better $1,200 gaming PC. But I will be more satisfied if it would come with a more silent 650w power supply, and a different video card (such as Sapphire Pulse or Gigabite of the same price).

Cyberpowepc - Gamer Supreme Desktop Review.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm an IT specialist and I recently purchased this Amazing CyberpowerPC prebuilt from bestbuy due to the extreme shortages of GPU's and PC's currently available. Considering price, quality, and components this is by far one of the best deals I have found within the past 10-12 months of researching/browsing since COVID began. If you're seeking high end gaming, SOHO video editing, or other fairly demanding operations for home use this computer comes packed with great components with plenty of room for expansion or later swap outs for more demanding requirements. All In all, I got this PC very quickly from Bestbuy in store delivery in April of 2021 at a very reasonable price. Components it comes with. PSU = APEVIA 800w gold standard. MOBO= Asus PRIME B550M-A (WI-FI) GPU = Asrock Challenger Radeon 5700xt 8gb RAM= Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (Red) Storage= WD NVMe 1tb SSD HD CPU= AMD Ryzen 73700x 8-core Cooling= 2 front case fans, and a single radiator liquid cooling system for the cpu (Cyberpower RGB) Similar to the coolermaster version. Case= Custom white/glass cyberpower case so amazing looking.

Computer
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this computer so far and Cyberpower was very helpful over the phone with an issue I had authenticating my Windows software. I bought this mainly to do some extensive video editing in Adobe Premier and so far so good. In the current market, I would not have been worth it to piece these specs together and spend the time assembling this myself. Also, the MB has the capacity to upgrade the RAM & add another backup hard drive for all my raw data. Curbside was great, I got my computer within one minute from hanging up the phone with best buy, but honestly that's to be expected with my local store. All around, they have great staff there and have had for years, which says a lot both to management and the guys on the ground.

Amazing product
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC is an amazing product for the price. After pricing out the parts, I could barely manage this build, if I didn't also have to buy a copy of Windows. ALso, warranty. DUH! FOr the parts contained, your mileage may vary. These PCs are built for a lower price point than the manufacturer offers on their own website, so they build these based on agreements worked out with manufacturers. Okay, The GPU in mine is an ASROCK Challenger 5700 XT OC. The RAM was a pair of red Ballistix Sport LT, Cruical 8GB , 3000mhz(per) by Micron. The MB was an ASROCK B550AM with PCIE 4.0 x16 and PCIE 3.0 x1. The SSD is actually hidden beneath the GPU. It's an NVME SSD. The motherboard has LED connections for the fans, but the fans all run at a constant speed, connected to a PCB taped to the backside, which is connected to a button on the top of the case, that lets you change the colors of the LED. In benchmarking I have not managed to get the CPU over 80C with the liquid cooler. The GPU main temp has stayed below 80C as well, with hotspot temps around 101. Don't be wary this is normal, AMD integrated multiple temp checkpoints in their GPUs, and anything below 115 for hotspot is considered normal. The case fans run at a constant speed, as they're not connected to the motherboard, but rather the PCB I mentioned earlier, so the case will drone a bit, but the pitch is low, and not horribly disruptive, as in a laptop. Benchmarks on USERBENCH put all the categories over 100% in the "UFO" category. I am able to run WOW in Freesync at 2560x1080 at 75hz, maximum settings and stay below 75C on the GPU. I was able to get around 7400 on 1920x1080 FFXIV (which favors NVidia). Around 8000 on FURMARK. Back to the hardware. Upon opening the back panel, the waring was all very tidy, not something you typically see from a store-bought pre-built. The power supply is probably an Apevia 800 watt. In the future I may upgrade this to a modular power supply to tidy up the cabling. The only Cyberpower markings on the case are the lightening bolt symbol on the water cooler. The LEDs have plenty of settings that allow you to set a number of solid and rotating colors (for those of you who enjoy unicorn vomit). The case feels solid. More solid than most Corsair cases I have purchased. I think in 5-10 years, I may still be building in this case. The panels are well fitted and the smoke colored glass shades things nicely. The top has a magnetic filter attached for easy removal and cleaning. Theres also an air gap toward the front of the case for... air flow. The LEDs go off when the PC goes to sleep, which saves my sanity at night. There appears to be space for around 2x3.5" HDDs or SSDs. It remains to be seen whether AMD will allow the next gen of CPUs on this motherboard, but I feel like this is a good starting point. In summary, I'm in love with this computer. I've built several, and feel I get an amazing bang-for-the-buck that I can upgrade in the future. P.S. Buy this one.

Great value to get business and pleasure done.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After much research, I decided to go with this CyberPowerPC over building my own. It runs buttery smooth playing games like Apex Legends and Warzone. Quiet machine and I am digging the RGB lights in this sleek modern tempered glass case. However, I did end up going with my own keyboard and mouse over the stock one that came with the PC. With the early Black Friday sale for $999, I had to purchase it. Plenty of speed and storage out of the box and you always have room to upgrade parts when you need to. Don't hesitate and just buy it.

Great Looking, Great Playing PC!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC is a blast. It has so far handled all my games with ease. It may not have the best of the best specs out there, but for the price, it's great value and still very good! If you're worried about AMD coming from NVIDIA and intel like I was, don't be. This thing runs great, and the slight performance you might get out of much more expensive parts isn't worth it unless you're unreasonably picky or a pro gamer. At first, one of the fans on the water cooler wasn't working, but geek squad was quick at finding a cable that just came unplugged during shipping. Now that it's fixed, it keeps its cool. I'd recommend this for anyone worried about sacrificing performance by not buying a top of the line pc. You can save a lot of money and still enjoy your games with this.

GPU Quality could’ve been better but it works.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hey guys This Gaming Computer is worth the price forsure. When I got my RIG it came with an Asus Prime B550-MA Wi-Fi. TForce 16BG 3000 Mhz- could’ve been better Cooler Master liquid cooler. XFX RX 5700 XT- this GPU overheats & shuts your computer down. But luckily with AMDs new Software you can Fine Tune the FANs speed and keep it cool somewhat. Reason it shuts down because that GPU doesn’t turn the fans on till it gets to a certain TEMP but you can override that. Hope this helps the confusion on the SPECs above.

Amazing PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My experience didn’t have the greatest start. I had to order and wait five days for my pc to come in - no big deal. It came, I hooked it up and it was constantly shutting off on me. I was able to contact cyberpower and trouble shoot it. They came to the conclusion that it was a faulty power supply. I ended up returning and had to order another one. 5 days later, I received my pc, got it all hooked up and it worked perfectly. Paired with my awesome internet I was able to down load a 100Gb game in 30 minutes. The pc runs incredibly fast, i have a Lenovo Legion monitor and am running 140 FPS in Warzone. I recommend this pc to someone who wants a prebuilt package and wants to plug and play. Well worth the money.

Best Desktop Pc
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Desktop Pc, is the best one for the price. You cannot get a better pc with 1200, than this one. It runs every single game, on the best graphics. And before buying it, I saw a lot of comments talking about the distance between the ports for the hdmi and the display port, that you cannot put two monitors, but I think they fixed it because I have my two monitors connected. And they look awesome.

This has to be hands down THE best pc for the price I have seen out there, the case is super spacious for future upgrades in the coming years, and RGB lighting adds a personal touch depending what color you want to be using on a given day. The included backlit keyboard and rgb mouse work flawlessly and have had no issues at all this this entire purchase. A great prebuilt, not just for the price!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Gamer Supreme CyberPowerPC from Best Buy in N OKC. They delivered it with their Roadie service, and I set it up as soon as it arrived. Out of the box it is a fantastic machine! Quick as can be with the specs I wanted. Plays all current games on the highest settings. I also do quite a bit of video editing and it handles video rendering like a champ. I went with this prebuilt mainly due to the ridiculous scalping of both CPUs and GPUs, and I am glad I did. The build is solid, it looks great, and performs just like it should. A+!
