Hello i have had this computer for about two days now and it's very good for the price (Very Good) other than the quality you can achieve with this thing there is a few things im not sure about but i will investigate more since it's only been about two days now.. the person that was working where i purchased was very informative about some questions i had which was about amd products and he was knowledgeable enough for me to take a risk on this product and it's features im giving it about a couple weeks to fully determine how i feel about the machine. like i said though Very Good !

Fast PC, easy setup, and very efficiently installed. Cables placed in the right places and I could find no clutter anywhere. The PC also runs very smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone, not just gamers.

Purchased this to replace an old Intel machine that lasted far longer than it should have. I would normally build my systems, but didn't have the time. The price was great considering the individual components would cost a few hundred more if purchased separately. It shipped quick and arrived with minimal signs of damage to the box (one of the side panel "handles" had torn, but no major damage). The case has some minor damage to the front panel. the bottom of the panel beneath the fans is slightly dented and bowed inward. Tried to get a pic, but its hard to get a good visual of it. May consider reaching out to Cyberpower to see what they can do about it. It's not real noticeable unless you look close, but now that I know it's there it is annoying the heck out of me. Some people don't like the RGB stuff but I do. Looks cool. Came with a membrane "gaming" keyboard. Its a basic keyboard that lights up white. My Razer Mechanical just crapped out on me so this one will do fine until I get a better one. The mouse it came with is broken. There are 2 buttons behind the wheel that are pushed into the mouse and do not work. Not a huge deal, but if you are gonna supply a mouse, at least make sure it doesnt look like it was used as a hockey puck. Mine came with the ASUS Prime B550 wifi mobo. Decent board. Asus tuning software is super easy to use. Some open slots for expansion which is a plus. SSD is a Western Digital WD Blue SN550 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB. Good drive. Booted up super quick. No issues thus far. I plan to purchase another SSD soon and may get a second one of these... Memory is Vulcan Z Team Force DDR4 3000, but I cant seem to get it to run above 2400. Will mess around a bit, but kinda shifty to claim your RAM is 3000 if it wont actually run at that speed... Power Supply is a GOLD 800 watt. I've seen some people have had issues with theirs. Mines been running a few days now and I have had no issues at all... GPU- XFX Rx-57xt8cypb- I read complaints about heat. I haven't thrown anything super intensive at it yet, but Elder Scrolls Online, Alien: Isolation and Godfall all work great at 1080 with settings at ultra. Average 60-75 fps and never saw the temps get above 82C. I'll report back if heat becomes an issue, but so far so good All in all I am super happy with it, aside from the dented front panel, the memory speed issue and the broken mouse. Its very fast, quite quiet, and looks great. I will reach out to Cyberpower about the mouse as soon as I register and, if need be, report back about the customer service experience. Would recommend and would buy again!

OK so... I have had this PC for 3 months now. Took me a while to make it stop lagging. I learned to shut it down, instead of putting it to sleep. Now my games run smoothly. I do not play too many games. Overwatch, Final Fantasy, COD, dead by deadlight, Minecraft and others. I just noticed that the circle for the cool master never turned on. I looked around to see what's wrong and figured out there was a wire on the back that was disconnected it. I have attached pics for reference. The fans are so loud!

Coming from a Laptop that couldnt play games well, Running the lowest possible graphics ever, needing to keep pulling up my task manager to end processes and my anti virus just to load into one LoL game; switching to this PC was the most satisfying thing ever-Even pulling up the internet made me almost cry because of the speed. I finally get to play games at high resolution now. The specs arent half bad for what its worth. Set up was extremely easy.

Really good bang for your $$, but lacks airflow

I was looking at almost this exact list of parts to build one of my own, but buying this was about $300 cheaper for the same performance. I've bought CyberPowerPC before and had pretty good luck with them, so I figured it was a safe bet. So far, so good. Only complaint I have is airflow. The case doesn't have enough fans to push the hot air out, and after a solid night of gaming, the GPU and CPU are both up to 83-84 Celsius. Not a big deal, as it can be mitigated by just adding a third fan on the front, and possibly mounting a few intake fans on the top to get the good positive pressure needed to push the hot air out of the box. Also, I had an issue with my RGB lighting not working out of the box, but it turns out that one of the connectors to the controller just got uncoupled during shipping. Got it reconnected and good to go.

READ IF USING TWO OR MORE MONITORS!

I wanted to do this to make sure nobody runs into this issue like I did. I bought this as my first budget gaming PC and the specs are super great for the price. My only complaint like a couple people have stated is the location of the hdmi/display ports. Hdmi plugs in easy, but the display ports don't have enough room to to fully go into the pc. Because of that I had to relocate the gpu to the other slot on the motherboard. Luckily that is a super simple task to do, but the disappointing thing is people buy pcs to not have to build or do anything. The computer works great after relocating it, BUT if you are using 2 OR MORE MONITORS you MUST RELOCATE THE GPU by moving it a slot down. If you don't feel comfortable doing that DO NOT BUY THIS PC I REPEAT DO NOT BUY IT! Overall I was very disappointed and upset with the poor attention to detail on the part of cyberpowerpc. In my eyes it is sad how you cannot make sure the display ports can actually be used in the slot they are originally put in. TLDR; Specs are great for price, but to use multiple monitors you need to relocate GPU to the other slot on the motherboard.

Just picked up yesterday.. THIS machine is beast for the price, just pricing out two components inside this thing cost more then the whole unit. Im getting 120+ FPS in warzone so far.. I even tried the streaming obs that comes with the graphic card while playing. It handled so well and no issues.. So far so good. will update if anything changes... SO BUY THIS PC IF YOU NEED GOOD ONE AND AFFORDABLE

Great pc I've never been a fan of prebuilt gaming pcs but with the shortage of parts and my eagerness to upgrade I decided this was the best path and I couldn't be happier. I will be making a couple small modes like sleeved power cables and an additional nvme drive but other then that it looks great and runs amazing

Great PC so far. Purchased for 13 year old grandson for gaming. We are up and running Minecraft, He is elated, fast response. Two minor issues one of which I already corrected. The SSD fell of of mount. I had to find screw in bottom of case and remount. Had to remove GPU but that was painless. The front cover has a small chip on corner. Can service send me replacement glass piece or ?

Love this desktop, great value for your buck! Runs wonderfully and performs very well in benchmarking. The only thing I DONT like is the rgb is limited to specific colors. I like that the button is added on the case but would have preferred the option of controlling with software and more availability of colors out the box. I upgraded the ram but the included ram was great.

Overall, the PC worked fairly well had a little bit of issues but nothing too biggie. Great value for the price about (1200). Performance is at the upper end. Runs all games and application on high. Love the glass case and how quiet it is. However, I keep running into its AMD bug issue (driver timeout). Had to uninstall driver. But everything else is fine.

Bought this computer on sale, for $999, which is an incredible value in my opinion. Packaging was all very clean and nice, and the computer itself looked very carefully packaged. They also provide a quick start guide that made unpacking and preparing the computer for use very simple, and even had advice for plugging things in which would be super helpful for a less experienced buyer. I experienced one issue, in that the ports on the back of my computer were misaligned with the plates so I couldn't plug things in correctly at first, but it was such an easy fix (less than 5 minutes to figure out) that I didn't think it deserved taking off a star, because everything else came exactly as advertised and it works great. The mouse and keyboard that it came with were also a lot better than I expected them to be, and this purchase exceeded my expectations overall.

Really impressed with the part quality. My PC arrived using all name brand parts! Geil RAM, ADATA hard drive, ASUS motherboard and graphics card, and Cooler Master fans. For the price point I honestly expected brands I'd never heard of, but if I were going to build this same computer I would have made the same choices. With the crazy volatile PC part market right now, this purchased saved me over $500. Its a weird time we live in but right now buying a pre-built machine makes sense in certain situations. My only gripe is the peripherals that came with my machine. The mouse is pretty much garbage, I pushed the sensitivity adjustment buttons on the top and they immediately snapped. The keyboard is a membrane based board and it feels cheap. It's better built than the mouse but I would by no means call either "gaming" grade. I didn't buy this computer for those though, and was already anticipating replacing them when I ordered the PC. Its a nice bonus to include them, but don't expect anything better than something to get you by till you can replace them.

Absolutely love the new PC. I'm new to PC gaming and the cyberpower has not only satisfied me in terms of complexity and how to get it up and going as well as high performance enough to work on the games i want to in 4k. Also is a gorgeous tower with the changing colors and white base.
