QuestionThis pc came with a keyboard NOHI 01 MODEL:KB-161-306. How do I turn off the backlight of the keyboard? Thank you.

- Answer If you Hold FN and press the SCRLK Key until the lights turn off. You can also hold the FN Key and press the PRTSC Key and change the light settings.

QuestionCPU temp is at 109/110°C at idle while in BIOS causing the system to shut off. System purchased today. Any suggestions?

- Answer i was able to correct the problem. the 3 pin connector from the cpu water block was ripped out of the cpu fan2 WP header when the individual tidying up the cables behind the motherboard tightened the slack of the wire too much resulting in the 3 pin connector being disconnected along with the cpu fan2 pins and the adjacent 3 and 4 pin headers pins to be bent. i bent the pins as carefully and straight as i could, reconnected the 3 pin connector to the cpu fan2 header, turned the computer on, and heard the pump start chugging coolant. everything seems to working normally so far (idle ~45-55°C) but would you be able to extend my warranty just in case the pins or cpu cooler dont make it? :) thanks!

QuestionI just bought this computer and picked it up not realizing that it is liquid cooled. Does this computer have a closed loop system or a system that will require more maintenance? If not closed loop, I will return and get something else.

- Answer It's closed loop. No maintenance required other than dusting out the cooling fins on the radiator occasionally.

QuestionCan additional SATA hard drives, HHD or SSD be installed in this computer ? I would like to use my old hard drives also if possible.

- Answer Yes, you can add additional SATA hard drive. Please note that the computer does NOT come with a SATA cable, but you can buy one from Best Buy for $10.00. The SATA ports are a little bit hard to find though. It's on the right side of the motherboard, below the graphics card. A flashlight will help!

QuestionWhat brand GPU does this come with (Sapphire, MSI, etc.)? I heard some brands of the 5700 XT cards has some serious thermal issues? Can this information be given? Also, what type of RAM, for those of us who need to upgrade to 32GB?

- Answer my gpu is an asrock and i have had zero overheating issues with it and i play cod mw and warzone 8 plus hours a day. the gpu im not sure (the case has an enclosed psu section and im to lazy to take it apart) but again i have had no problem with either the gpu or the psu. the memory in mine is ballistic but it could be different in yours there are 2 open slots to upghade but wait till you get yours and take one out and read the model number) also just an fyi check what speed your memory is set to mine was set at 1600mhz had to go in bios to set to 3000mhz) also i had to move the gpu to the lower slot because a display port wouldnt fit with the gpu in the top slot. still i would buy it again.

QuestionI bought this pc last week and when i turned it on i could only get the bottom front fan lights to come on and the water pump but the other two wont come on any suggestions? I have pressed the button on the top but does nothing for the 2 fans

- Answer Hey, i havnt bought this pc but i was thinking about doing so, id ive heard of some people having similar problems with other prebuilt pcs, most of the time it seems to be a cable that comes disconnected during shipping, if you take off the back panels you should be able to find it some where

QuestionI just set this computer up yesterday and today I noticed a message in the lower right corner on my monitor telling me that Windows is not activated. I get error code: 0xC004F213 when I try to activate it in settings. WTH?

- Answer Take a picture of the label on the back of your PC that has the model and serial numbers on it. Email CyberPower PC and ask them for the activation code and include the picture. I had to do the same thing and they sent me the code the next business day.

- Answer Hey Nathan as far as the PC goes it can run anything at 1080p res. ultra graphics settings flawlessly. At 4k res. on ultra or vey high settings you can get between 30 and 60+ FPS. For me I purchased it with a decent 1080p monitor and it runs all of my games at 100+ fps. Honestly it's what ever you prefer and your budget.

- Answer They're underneath the GPU on the ASRock B550AM. They're oriented to the right, so the GPU doesn't get in the way.

QuestionI just purchased/ordered for this pc on Friday.. I was wondering does it have Bluetooth compatibility? I ask because I want to be able to use a wireless ps4 controller with it. Also what type/brand of ram does it use? so I can go from 16 to 32g?

- Answer Hey! You are for sure able to use a wireless PS4 controller. I'm currently using an Xbox1 Series X controller wirelessly to play GTA and rocket league..... Just go to the Bluetooth in the settings and pair it!
