i was able to correct the problem. the 3 pin connector from the cpu water block was ripped out of the cpu fan2 WP header when the individual tidying up the cables behind the motherboard tightened the slack of the wire too much resulting in the 3 pin connector being disconnected along with the cpu fan2 pins and the adjacent 3 and 4 pin headers pins to be bent. i bent the pins as carefully and straight as i could, reconnected the 3 pin connector to the cpu fan2 header, turned the computer on, and heard the pump start chugging coolant. everything seems to working normally so far (idle ~45-55°C) but would you be able to extend my warranty just in case the pins or cpu cooler dont make it? :) thanks!
