Hey Nathan as far as the PC goes it can run anything at 1080p res. ultra graphics settings flawlessly. At 4k res. on ultra or vey high settings you can get between 30 and 60+ FPS. For me I purchased it with a decent 1080p monitor and it runs all of my games at 100+ fps. Honestly it's what ever you prefer and your budget.
