• Good question. Best Buy sent me a Shark Vacuum cleaner instead of this computer. Perhaps hooking it up to the desktop could help keep it cool? Certainly will help with dust. Thanks, BEST BUY! Are you going to contact me and make this right yet?

• Shouldn't have to upgrade the fan. I took off the glass covering and increased the fan speeds a bit and the pc runs just fine
