I'm not too sure. If the monitor comes with a cord of its own, then it's probably safe to say that it will work.

From the low resolution of the image you posted, I can't tell whether or not there is an HDMI input on the monitor (which would give you better resolution/image quality on the monitor) but it does look as if there is a DVI input, which the GPU on this machine DOES have. So, short answer, yes, just a DVI cable. Or HDMI (recommended) if the monitor has the input.
