Questioni am purchasing this for my son he is getting into gaming just a quick question I’m looking at a lot of bad reviews on YouTube of you guys not sending name brand products etc and they are breaking not packaged well during shipping as well..

- Answer Ours was perfect... Except that the instructions that came with it did not match the actual model in front of us... Please also note that it does not have an Optical Drive and is not Bluetooth capable. If these are desired, you must purchase a USB External Optical Drive for Reading Game CD's or burning pics and files and an Eternal USB Bluetooth Dongle for Bluetooth Accessories such as Headphones.

QuestionIf i upgrade the cpu to a amd fx-8300 black edition and the gpu to a rx 480 or 470 do i have to upgrade anything else or the rest of parts can handle those upgrades

- Answer There are an HDMI port and a DVI port on the computer. No monitor cords come with it. If you have a VGA cable you will have to buy an adapter.

- Answer If you scroll down to the overview section of the BestBuy webpage and click on Specifications to expand it. You be able to see all the Hardware listed in more detail. Under the area labeled Memory it says Memory type DDR3 SDRAM which would be the type you need to expand to 16GB.

QuestionI googled "Radeon RX 560" and saw some cards were sold under the same name with 14 Compute Units and 896 Stream Processors instead of 16 and 1024 that the RX 560 should have. Does anyone know if any of these PCs were built with the 14 Compute Unit cards?

QuestionSo I got my acer monitor yesterday and it says no signal I spent awhile trying to fix it but nothing I’m using a hdmi cord I hook it in to the back and into the one on my acer and it won’t work please help.

- Answer First thing, try a different hdmi cord. You would be surprised how often that is the problem. I would use one that is used for your tv, so you know it works. Then if it is not fixed, then the ports try to hook pc up to your tv or another screen. You want to determine where the issue is. If that screen still doesn't work, check the pc port for damage. If your technical enough, make sure the gpu is connected properly. If everything looks ok. And you still have a problem. It would probably be a defective unit. Bring it to a bestbuy for repair/replace. Assuming it is new, it would still be under warranty or return period.
