QuestionDoes this computer have a DVI, HDMI, VGA, and/or a DisplayPort?

- Answer This unit comes with 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPorts. Now be warned that when I received mine, they had removed the cover from one of the display ports and looks like they tried to pry up another but left it half removed and covered in marks. You can remove the covers yourself but I would recommend a flat head screwdriver to pry up one side then a pair of pliers to actually be able to pull it out, as the tops of the covers are partly under the faceplate. Hope this helps.

QuestionDoes opening the case void the warrenty? And if not does adding more RAM void the warrenty?

- Answer I don't think it would void the warranty as you have to open the case to remove the protective packing that's been inserted to keep the glass panel safe. I can't tell you about the RAM.

QuestionSo I recently bought this computer the sound doesn't work at all I can't hear anything from my headset everything is plugged in and set to the right thing. I do not know what is going on with it can some please assist me to try to fix it.

- Answer I had that problem as well. In the end it changed the default audio from my headset to something else. trouble shooting fixed it for me, but if you can set the headphones to the default audio then that should fix your problem

- Answer Yes you can and the keyboard too. there is a bottom at the top of the PC that you change the light on for the keyboard you have to hit the FN and the Special key that is next to the ALT key.

- Answer It is pretty lean on what comes with it, no real bloatware to speak of, just what's needed to control the audio ports and video card.

- Answer Dear Tim, The Cyberpower PC in question does not have a cd room and does not come with a internal cd, cd-rom/ dvd player recorder. However, you may purchase an external slim line LG cd, cd-rom/ dvd player recorder for $23 at Best Buy utilizing one (1) of the ten (10) USB ports in the cyberpower desktop gaming pc.

- Answer The logo on the glass side of the caseis actually inside on the power supply cover, and i do not think it will be removed very easily.

QuestionHow does this computer handle humidity? I don't mean direct exposure, but being right outside a bathroom you shower in. I would like to know what humidity levels would be acceptable to safely run the computer.

- Answer I would run a small dehumidifier next to the computer if you insist on having it next to the PC. It should be fine though. The nice thing is the side of the computer has a Large Tempered glass door so you would know if too much humidity is in the computer because the glass would fog up. But I would definitely recommend a dehumidifier.

- Answer I had the same issue and after 4 calls (and 4+ hours in and out of hold) to Customer Support they couldn't even find me in their system! I had to call the local store to get assistance.
