“So I recently bought this computer the sound doesn't work at all I can't hear anything from my headset everything is plugged in and set to the right thing. I do not know what is going on with it can some please assist me to try to fix it.”

I had that problem as well. In the end it changed the default audio from my headset to something else. trouble shooting fixed it for me, but if you can set the headphones to the default audio then that should fix your problem
