“Can this build play League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, and Overwatch on high settings? Also does anyone know if it could run Quake Champions and Master x Master when they come out?”

It probably won't play anything period on anything better than medium settings as is. You will have to do work on it and see if it helps. I am waiting until I have some money to add better graphics. It has issues with the stock graphics. Don't expect to get a $1400 machine for $600. It ain't happening.
