So far so good, this machine works perfectly for what I need. I mostly play League of Legends and World of Warcraft and it runs both games on the high setting smoothly. Also did I mention this machine looks amazing. It comes with a remote to control the led inside of the case, its that extra icing on the cake for me. I will be upgrading to a SSD drive to make booting up faster but as for now I cant complain. Other then that I bought online but picked it up at the store. Nothing broken or anything like that. Does what i need it to do and for a great price point.

Love this product! Ice never had a gaming PC and runs almost everything on highest graphic quality. I play League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, and CSGO and could not be happier with the performance. The LED colors are cool and a fun way to personalize it. GREAT for the money!

This computer I s a great start for someone just getting into PC gaming. Definitely easy to upgrade as your gaming gets more serious. Plenty of storage for all those online games you need to download.

Easy set up and install. Fast processing speed. Very suitable graphics card. Love the view inside the housing units. Very clean. I did switch the keyboard to black widow ultimate strictly based on preference.

It is very responsive. The biggest disappointment is that you cannot upgrade the audio because the video card is blocking it.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Cyberpowerpc Gamer Ultra desktop tower! The graphics are great and the whole PC runs smooth! I mainly use this to play games like World Of Warcraft and Ark Survival Evolved and it has not disappointed me once. This is a Beefy PC for a Gamers first real Gaming Tower! I can play WoW on Ultra settings and I play Ark on Medium setting! I will be upgrading this PC in the future soon and this Tower has plenty room to upgrade without issues. I soon will be upgrading to a Nvidia 980 graphics card and a over 900w power supply and doubling the ram. I know that after upgrades this PC will run VR and Very high end graphics games without issues. This is not only a great PC on the inside starting out the factory, but also a great looking PC on outside. I have gotten lots of complements on how it looks and runs. I seen people review negative about the fan sounds being to loud, I however only notice a slight sound coming from the fans while running but nothing that is so loud it does not get drowned out by sound from movies or games etc. Really I can not complain about this PC!! I am very happy with my purchase! I recommend this PC to all just starting out on gaming or looking to get more outta their games.

Regardless if you need to use this for home use or "to take down big bosses" as the Best Buy description says, this PC is amazing and a bargain! Th processor- 3.8 GHZ 8 CORE - to me this translates to a strong investment with years of use due to its sheer power. Graphics card- supports 2 displays and plays any game flawlessly with its 2GB integrated RAM The Hard drive, powerful and fast enough to minimize any delays during use/ gaming The fans- SILENT, impossible to hear. The LEDs - too cool and can be turned off or set to 15 different colors via the provided remote. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this purchase and do not regret it especially for the price- it is a bargain. So hesitate no longer and get this rig!!

I purchased this system for my son. He loves playing World of Warcraft and I figured since it was a "gaming" system, it would be superior to standard PC ....welll to start, the keyboard keys started rubbing off a WEEK after use (and my son doesn't use any oils/lotions) and it is mostly looks not performance. Would not buy again.

I purchased this not knowing a lot about Computers and playing games on them. I liked the price and the aesthetics were nice. The 16gb ram and 2tb hard drive were appealing. I'm able to run Overwatch very smoothly with the graphics card that's included(Radeon R7 250) with the visual quality still being retained though not to the full extent. Only real complaint is that it tends to get loud with the fans but is easily blocked out by headsets or music/sfx that'll be played. Upgraded graphics card and processor will probably be in my future but this is for sure a good start.

Snagged this setup to speed up my video processing when making videos for my Motovlog. Great product for the price. No performance issues at all. *Note* cooling fans are set to full on out of the box so it will be louder than you heard it in the store. If you don't know how to set them to auto...Go into the bios settings on startup and you can set their auto control to active instead of deactivated. Their auto control works perfect. Recommend this for anyone who wants a quality gaming desktop but does not have the funds to spend over $1k

I got this pc for my birthday as I wanted to get into pc gaming and It runs most games smoothly and the graphics are average but it is a good overall pc for gaming and school projects.I love how it is so easy to open up to upgrade and it has many slots for more ram and storage for a ssd.I love everything about it,the only thing I might be upgrading soon is the graphics card as the one that came with it is about average. Ok, I'm not gonna lie, this thing is a beast. It is well worth the money as it also includes a keyboard and gaming mouse. My only problem was that it looks like the box may have been dropped or tampered with as since the 8 key on the keyboard was stuck down and the y key is almost completely snapped. And no, this was not delivered, it was picked up. Overall, really great deal, just could've been protected a little bit better.

After reading the reviews on Best Buy about this gaming PC, I thought this is what I should get to replace my old gaming laptop. It was easy to setup right out of the box. Only issue I have is there is no user manual app, booklet or Internet link available to refer to on how to operate the many different functions on this particular unit. That is why I give it a 4 rating. Waiting to hear from the manufacture on helping me with this.

Have been gaming on a laptop for a year now and wanted to make the next step to a desktop, went with this one because I liked the way it looked, its simple, and has RGB led you can use if you want. Plays all my games great and is an awesome platform to grow with, as like most pc gamers, I will be upgrading eventually.

I got this for my nephew. I like to build my own PCs. It allows someone to start gaming right out of the box. The color changing lights inside is fun, but not functionally relevant. It comes with an IR remote to change the colors and turn the lights on and off. The weakest point of this rig in terms of gaming is the video card. Since this is a standard rig, you can swap out any parts as you need to upgrade as you go. You'll be able to play any game (perhaps not at full spec) but it'll work. It comes with an acceptable gaming keyboard and mouse, but a serious gamer will want to upgrade the mouse at least. And no monitor is included. This cost more than a regular PC because it is for gaming, and it does deliver on its promises. As far as pre-assembled gaming rigs go, this is a pretty good value. But, if you have the know-how and patience, build one yourself. You can match these specs for a bit less or pay the same for higher specs.

I recently went to Best Buy looking for a gaming PC on a limited budget of 500-600. You usually think you won't be able to buy something too great with that low of a price, but this product will prove you oh so wrong. It runs beautifully with NO issues with high components for outstanding preformance. Included is an excellent gaming mouse and keyboard. Not only that but it comes with Anti-Virus software! The saying you get what you payed for does not apply here. If you are on a limited budget like me and are looking for a gaming PC, this PC is a MUST. Highly recommended.

The price I paid for the Pc and everythinf yhat came standard with it is great. Right now Im playing Fallout 4 on medium and have had no issues. I LOVE IT! I do plan on upgrading the gpu and power supply though.

Easy set up, great system specs and very good price. We will be using it to play various types of games from Minecraft to Overwatch. Called Customer Support for CyberPowerPC to ask a simple question: little/no wait and very helpful technician. Also, I have never used a gaming mouse or keyboard. Both are awesome!! I highly recommend!!
