However, some customers noted the relatively loud fan noise and the need for a potential power supply upgrade.

I like the Cyberpower PC. It's very efficient and pretty fast.
Playing video games is perfect for this PC.
Overall it's a good computer, but one thing annoys me is the noise.
The noise from the graphic card's fan is pretty loud.
I would recommend this computer to a friend or relative.

It was time for a new computer because upgrading the old one would have cost more... we decided a gaming computer was a smarter choice this time because of the robust features and its greater capacity for upgrading hardware in the future. This PC is a little more involved in the initial setup processes, but luckily BestBuy did the most of the work for me :) We've had the PC for over a month and my son is especially pleased that he doesn't have lagging, crashing and video files that aren't syncing with sound files on his game capture software that he uses for YouTube. This PC is a great price considering the specs. A nice upgrade from the regular home PC.

My husband and I bought a Cyborpower pc model number GUA2200bst last night. We were kind of skeptical because we have never heard of this brand before, but we thought we would give it a try after talking with a couple of associates. When we got it home we set it up in less than 15 minutes and was online and gaming in another 30 (after downloads). All though this is not the top of the line computer you can't beat it for the price. It has no problems handling the MMO games we like to play with in game graphics turned all the way up.

This is good overall. Runs tomb raider pretty nicely, as well as other decently new games on pretty high. But something new like Ark evolved or Star Citizen can barely run on minimum graphics. All the other hardware is amazing, but get a new graphics card. The r7 will not cut it for 2016 games. But still, for what you get, this is a great price.

My son loves this computer especially using Minecraft. We have already expanded the memory from 16gb to the max of 32gb. It is a great computer for the price and have had no problems with it.

This is an awesome computer and huge upgrade from my previous desktop. My games run great! I play a lot of WoW and get about 80-90 fps with high/ultra settings. Runs all my other games perfectly as well. It does get a bit loud at times, but would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great gaming system on a budget!

So far so good. I like that you can build on to it. Plenty of space inside. A little noisy with the two fans but they serve a purpose. Coolest thing is you can see the 'guts' of the computer wirh its see through side panel and the LED lights show is attractive. Pleased with this computer. Graphics card is good

This machine feels top notch. I haven't bought a new desktop in many years, but this one came with everything I needed and nothing I didn't need or want. There were a few things I wanted, but wants and needs are two different things and this fit my budget perfectly as is. Besides, I can fulfill my wants in a later hardware upgrade. The price was a big seller for me. I have always wanted a high end machine, but the prices often turned me off. With this machine I get great performance, not Alienware level, but close enough. It's not overly loud, just what you'd expect from a machine like this one. If the noise really bothers any of you, just go out and get dampeners to cut down the sounds. Also, it looks great!

I went to buy a low price gaming computer that I could upgrade in the future. Without adding anything this has been powerful enough to play Fallout 4 on Medium graphics without trouble. My only issue is that not all usb 2.0 items are fully compatible with the usb 3.0 outlets on top of the tower. Fortunately there are several 2.0 and 3.0 in the back.

This is an amazing desktop for the price. It's huge, and there's tons of room to add on and upgrade. It's my first PC since I've been out on my own (I'm 20) and it feels so nice to be back at PC gaming.
I read the reviews before I bought this and was a little unsure but now that I have it, I wouldn't want anything else. Some say the fan is a little loud, but it's not that loud and it won't overheat so I'm pleased.

Not Good For Most Gaming If Stock

The stock computer has graphics card problems when you attempt to run standard AMD installers. They will hang, so I was forced to put in a 250X in order to solve the problem.
That is a little better than the stock 250 that comes with it and requires a power cable which the ridiculously small 375 watt power supply can support. For anything bigger you will have to swap out the power supply. Should be relatively simple to do.
It has a light show that I leave turned off most of the time anyway. It is kinda pointless. You run it with a remote so don't lose it. It's small and easy to lose. I have no complaints there though.
3.5 Ghz 8 core processor is slow. Most games you use only take advantage of one core anyway for some reason. But games like Elder Scrolls Online and WoW will run smooth. If you want anything that requires more power than that buy a different computer. This one won't cut it stock.
Possibly upgrading the power supply and graphics card may be enough to boost it but I am waiting to finish paying it off first. I had a high balance to pay and needed to keep it 0% interest so it will be October 2017 before I can do it.
I have another machine that is 3.8 Ghz 6 core with an AMD R9 390 graphics card in it that is way more powerful but the card alone cost $400. I upped the power supply as well to 700 watts and it runs anything I throw at it. If it dies I may just move the parts. The processor is quite old but runs great.
I don't know how well this CyberpowerPC will run even with better graphics because of the slower processor speed. I will know when I upgrade it, but this rating is based on the stock machine. It just doesn't have the power to run anything serious. If you want power find a different processor with more punch and upgrade the graphics. That is my suggestion and probably the cheapest option.
There is one annoying problem that even the techs at Geek Squad could not fix. The computer staunchly refuses to go into sleep mode. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Nothing they did both over the web for several hours and in the store twice fixed it. I just have to put up with it. It's done it since I got it and I chose to deal with it past the 18 days or whatever you have to return it because my wife probably wouldn't agree to let me spend more on a better machine.

I bought this computer with the intent of doing regular internet surfing, saving pictures, and playing video games. Comes with plenty of memory (1TB) and has more USB ports than what I know what to do with for my personal needs. I like the buttons on the mouse as it makes navigation of the internet easier (going forward/backward in history). The extra buttons on the side of the keyboard are very convenient as well.
A couple negative things. One, the CUP is pretty big, especially if you are used to laptops. Also, some of the letters have faded on my keyboard after only a few months use. Also does not have an SD card drive. For any Microsoft work, you get a 'trial' period before needing to buy it yourself.
I would recommend this to anyone who takes way too many pictures or naturally finds themselves filling up their hard drive quickly. As a (novice) gamer, I would also recommend as I have had no problems with it, and plays.tv has recorded all the games I've played. It is overkill for daily use, but you will have one of the best graphic cards and fastest computers box ready.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. It gets constant use and he's very satisfied with its performance. A reminder, the until doesn't come with WiFi connectivity (gamers don't use it), so make sure you have a nearby connection to your router or modem or Cat5 jack

I purchased this gaming computer the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for my 11-year old son as a Christmas gift. I had a top secret Geek Squad appointment to get it all set up the week before Christmas. Imagine my extreme disappointment when it didn't work out of the box - bad motherboard according to the technician. The disappointment continued when I was told of the very restrictive repair/replacement policy from CyberWorld for Best Buy and the icing on the cake was that there were none left in inventory anywhere to be reordered. After an entire day of frustrating suggestions from Best Buy's local staff to take a lesser computer for more money, I was ready to cry uncle. Scrolling through the online choices one more time in the store with the manager and I found that one was available. From that point on, everything worked like a charm. Best Buy had it express shipped to the store on their dime and the Geek Squad made special arrangements to come out again and set it up. I was told that the original computer looked to have been refurbished and obviously something didn't work on it. Not happy that we were originally given a refurbished computer without disclosure. Love it at this point. Geek Squad David was awesome and a lifesaver. My son was shocked and sooooo happy Christmas morning. It could have been a disaster as we were out of time. It runs any graphics game my son has attempted. Love the changing colors. It was a rough start but once that was behind us, it has been a great choice for us.

I bought this PC specifically for the specs, compared to the price it was offered at. It is a very good value machine, and I would probably buy another if one of my other PCs goes belly-up. The ability to expand the internal components (i.e. additional HDDs & ROM drives) is kind of limited by the size of the power supply provided. I do not remember the exact size, as I tossed it immediately and replaced it with a 500W. But if I had to guess the size, it was some oddball size... like a 220W. The Windows 10 OS that came with it is adequate compared to the various upgraded versions of 10 that I run with my other boxes... but I still am not sold on the performance of the Win 10 OS. Overall for the price, I'd say that it was a sturdy purchase... just needs a larger PS.

Bought this as a shared home PC for my daughter to do homework, and the rest of us to do some limited word processing, gaming, and web browsing. It does all that really well. It'll also play some decent games. Works great for shooters and RPG's that are a few years old, but brand new ones push its limits a bit. All around, a great PC for the price.

Some parts need to be upgraded, such as the power supply and video card. For the most part, it holds its on processing games, usually running at 81-83 frams per second. Great price point for this computer
