“How do I connect the RGB remote? So I am unable to control the cooling system or LED's with the remote it came with... do I need to do something special to turn it on? Thanks for the help”

You will need to point the remote at the window side panel on the case as there will be an infrared sensor inside the computer case that the remote control need to point to in order for the RGB LED's to work. If that still fails to work, it may be necessary to go inside the computer to make sure the sensor is not being blocked.
