“Is there anything that i should upgrade or change when I get it right away”

• Depends on what you are going to use it for, but for myself I upgraded the graphics card immediately. I use a GTX 750Ti and it works great with the Envy Quad i5 2.7Ghz w/ 12Gb ram.
