“I want to change the graphics card to an Nvidia GTX 960 4Gb. Will thMobo and power supply run it? Also planning on upgrading the ram to 12-16 GB depending on what's installed. Does it come with (2) 4Gb sticks of ram or (1) 8Gb stick? Thanks!”

First thing you need to do is upgrade to a 500 watt power supply unit. The 350 watt PSU that is installed isn't even enough to handle the preinstalled components. You should be able to put in a new GPU in this mobo. From what I have read (I have this computer sitting in a box at home, haven't been able to open yet), there are 2 ram slots. One is already taken with a DDR3 8GB stick. It can support 2 sticks and/or 16gb of RAM.
