My brother uses a wireless Logitech mic and headset with it, and I have a wired mic and headset. It has plenty of usb.I don't know specifically about VR vive though.

VR headsets typically require a minimum of an AMD R9 or RX series video card or an NVIDIA GTX 970 or newer GeForce series video card.
