I have this exact gaming PC! And Yes, you can play Mass Effect Andromeda on this PC. However you can only play it at low or medium settings. I have it hook up to a 4k TV and for me it looks decent running at medium settings and it plays well. I'm a causal gamer, so running this game at low or medium settings is fine with me. I don't think you need to spend $600 to $1000 dollars to enjoy PC gaming. Especially if your not a hardcore gamer. Just my opinion though! To each is own.
