“Im getting a Recovery window when starting this CyberPowerPC OS couldn't be loaded a required file is missing or has errors. file: CLFS.SYS error code: 0xc000000f Says need to use recovery tools, but no cd's came with the pc Any suggestions? Thanks”

• Download the wind 10 installation software from Microsoft.com onto a thumb drive and boot from the thumb drive. Choose repair windows on start up and go from there
