“The manual says to: turn the power button to 15 watts; check for unplugged cords; turn on main power supply. Please help, I don't see any watts setting, unplugged cords have nowhere to plug into, and I can't find main power supply.”

The power supply is at the base of the back of the computer. It is a toggle switch. This has to be in on position to power up machine from button on front of computer. No 15 watt item did I ever find and of works fine.
