“this is the first computer ive got brand new and there is a band that came in the box that doesnt have a place can i have some help with this? is it important? also, if i could have some info on the lights settings and how to use them that would be great”

any wires or parts included in the motherboard box are simply extra parts that came with the PC. The computer is shipped fully assembled and designed to work simply by connect it to a power source and powering it on. As for the lights, if you look at the front of the Pc you will notice a lip near the top. On top of the lip locate the image of a sun. Right underneath that image under the lip is a button. Pressing this button will allow you to change the color or hold it to power off.
