Excellent! Figured out how to register windows too

First off I want to offer help to anyone having trouble registering their copy of windows. There should be a sticker somewhere on your tower that has your serial number. It is a scratch-off and has your product key underneath the scratch-off. It took us a while to figure out but it's there I promise!
As for the computer. My son loves it, it does everything he needs it to do. It is an entry level gaming tower but it is a gaming tower! You get pretty good bang for your buck!

Good computer if you are into gaming but don't want to go all out and spend big bucks or just want to upgrade, and don't want to build your own. I upgraded the RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB and basically threw away the keyboard and mouse that came with it. You could use the keyboard....but I couldn't and you may not either so plan on picking a better one up. The mouse isn't that bad, but I upgraded to a wireless mouse because I've gotten used to them. For the price, that's the only downside, is if you want a really nice one, you are gonna have to upgrade. If you just want to get on the internet and maybe watch a video or youtube, it would be good as it is. If you want to have multiple browsers open and run a game without closing everything down, I'd say go ahead and upgrade the RAM by filling up the slots or looking at the next model up if you don't want to install yourself, but it's super easy on this one, as 1 there is plenty of room inside, and the lights that change to a good selection of color, allow you to see it and show it off. So it will entice you to upgrade, so get it, and post if you upgraded yours and what you used....cause I want to keep upgrading.

As soon as we opened the box setup was a breeze. Plugged everything as mentioned on the quick setup guide. Plugged in a new monitor and the rest was easy. No complaints.

I picked this PC up as a baseline to build up down the road; the stock model is okayish for some games but most games aren't going to run 1080p 60fps with decent visuals. I swapped motherboard out to an AM4 with the Ryzen 3 and an Asus strix 1060 OC; the case is able to vent the heat out with all stock fans and run very quietly, for a budget rig it's not bad and it does give room to upgrade if you wish.

This pc is great for anyone wanting to get into pc gaming on a lower budget. The tower is big enough to handle decent upgrades in the future. I was surprised by how well the current specs were handing the games I played on it.

So I picked this desktop up a few days ago, and I am extremely satisfied so far! I went to 3-4 different local bestbuys just looking at different display models, and not being able to make a choice. Well, I finally decided on this one and I'm glad I did. For the price, and easy set up it's unbeatable. **NO DISK DRIVE** (For those needing one, I knew this beforehand, but I don't need one so it's not a negative impact on myself. So far I've only ran a handful of games like Elder Scrolls, Skyrim runs amazing on it, flawless. Right now I felt like going back and playing some good old Left 4 dead 2 and it plays with no problems what so ever. I currently have Dying Light downloading at the moment and I'm sure that will run smooth as well. Streaming has been great on this pc, Hd movies have been no hiccup what so ever. **BIG SELLING POINT** Let's all admit, the case is by far the best on any pre-built desktop I've ever seen. I've never been so impressed with a low priced AMD build. Cyberpower, Keep it up! If anyone out there is reading this, I hope this will motivate you to go with this PC because I don't write reviews often, but I really felt like I needed to for this desktop. It gave me everything I needed and want for a very nice pricetag as well. Thank You everyone for reading, -JayJay95

My HP office PC died and I researched PC's using filters to get just what I needed. Went to Best Buy with printout of similiar CyberPower PC due to I need an optical drive. When the salesman said this is the better PC, I said, I know, but I have to have an optical drive. He pointed me to an external drive for $20! I said I'll take them both then. I do game at home, having many gaming consoles up to the Xbox One, but no gaming PC. Though this PC is for my office, the specs fit just what I needed. I must say I am quite impressed with it. My first CyberPower, first AMD processor, and I just love it! It was easy to set up, quick loading, great graphics and I personally really like the lights (rather had blue, but not complaining)! Gives some ambiance to the office. With two 20" LED HD monitors. I do allot of jumping back and forth and always have a ton of tabs open. This PC can more than handle it. With 1TB hard drive, I have all my photos, videos, and music with tons of room still. Other than not having an optical drive, which was easily and cheaply fixable, as an office PC, I just wish it had more USB ports and maybe an extra HDMI port, but that was easy to bypass using the dual DVI with an adapter, since I run dual HD monitors. With keyboard, mouse, two printers, both business and personal flash drives, external optical, speakers, and cell phone cable, I ran a little short on USB's. However, problem also solved with two multi port plug ins. I am rating this PC 5 stars because though it lacks having enough ports "for me" and an optical, those issues were easily resolvable and the PC itself is fantastic!! I did allot of homework before buying and felt this was most certainly the best bang for the buck and was not found disappointed in quality, space, speed or appearance!! Thank you CyberPower for a great PC at a very reasonable price!!

Gotta say this PC is worth every penny!! Cyberpower puts out an amazing product and this model I got as a gift. Runs the most cutting edge games and has plenty of HD space. Not to mention an open PCI-e slot. I was impressed after installing TWO of my old PC hard drives and the pc automatically set them as secondary storage drives! Now I have all my past files and couldn't be more content. Look forward to further upgrading this rig. Thanks!

Just purchased today. So far so good. Works how it should. Box was packed really well with no damage to the computer at all. The keyboard and mouse are good if you don't have one, but they are by no means the best. The colors are good. Very fast to this point and has ran a few games really well for me. The only issue I can think of is the fan...goodness its annoying. You can turn the speed down to help with the sound but out the box it sounds terrible but I wear my headphones so whatever. Kinda I stupid thing is they give you 4 disc for drivers and utilities but as you can see in the specs it has no optical drive, which I knew it didn't but why give someone disc they cant use...maybe try digital downloads or a list of driver websites..besides the fan though this is a good pc for the price.I got it on sale for 479 so that's a steal for what you get.I will be upgrading the processor to the 8350 in the near future but its a good start for someone balling on a budget.
The best part was the customer support. I reserved the pc online and picked it up same day. Went into the bestbuy in Kzoo Michigan and they showed me the desk, I showed them my email, scanned my barcode and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly. Thanks for the pc and the awesome buying experience.

I will stay away from specs, they are well covered in the description, for gaming it ruins well and I have been using for mostly online stuff like World of Warcraft. runs well and I look forward to running the 60fps of Destiny 2 on it real soon. runs a varity of software well, vidoes online etc. And it does have a variety of color settings to choose from.

This is as much value as you can possibly get vin a gaming desktop PC in my opinion. Blazing fast with the FX processor paired with the Radeon RX 460 graphics card. Both of which are unlocked and overclockable(at your own risk of course).

Spent $500 on this computer. Minus $25 on a Visa checkout promotion.
This PC plays popular games like league, dota2, starcraft2 on high settings. I tried Forza Horizon 3 on this rig, and it can barely play it on low settings. If you want a computer that will be able to play those new graphic intensive games, maybe spend a few more hundred bucks on a better rig. But for the value, this is a good computer. Comes with a USB wireless dongle. And so far I'm fairly happy with it.
My customer service experience in getting this computer has been negative to mixed however. My first interaction with Best Buy customer service was good. I had a problem with a promotion getting applied to the order. I called them and they fixed it. Great. Then a few days later I got the computer system via UPS. I opened it and it didn't come with a power cable. I called Best Buy customer service to get one. And they said it doesn't come with one. (WHAT???!?!?) And I pointed out the 4th picture on the product page, and said that it is on the picture. They said that they will sell me a power cable for $50 and then give me a 10% discount. I said I wasn't interested. I pleaded my case. And they sent my phone call to various departments. And then the lady on the phone said that I can buy a power cable from them and they will refund the cost. I asked how come they couldn't just send me one for free, since the system should come with one. She then talked over with the Best Buy Parts department and they erroneously concluded that the system doesn't come with a power cable. I said thanks for nothing and I hung up.
I called CyberpowerPC, the PC manufacturer, to see if Best Buy was right. I asked if this model doesn't come with a power cable included. And they said it should come with a power cable. And they sent me a power cable for free, which should arrive in 4-7 days.
So yeah, dealing with Best Buy customer service has been a nightmare. Feel free to buy this computer, but just know that customer service isn't there if you need it.

I have had this PC for about a month now, and its been great! First of all, it looks really cool! I like the transparent side panel and the red LED's! I only have a few problems with it though, but they are all fixable and outweighed by the low price point. The fans are kind of loud, so I had to move it a little farther off my desk. And the GPU is kind of cheap, but that can always be upgraded, just as the fans can as well. In Overwatch on High settings I was getting around 45 to 60 FPS, In For Honor I was getting around 40 on medium settings, In GTA 5 I was getting 35 FPS on the normal preset, and In Metro 2033 Redux I was getting 45 FPS on the high preset. All of these can be raised with a simple GPU replacement which isn't that expensive. Overall great value, best for people who are new to PC gaming.

It's rare to find something so nice for cheap. This computer is definitely worth the money for a beginner PC gamer. I don't mean beginner as in never played before, I mean getting your first gaming PC. It's got plenty of horse power and can handle all the games out right now. The computer has plenty of room to upgrade inside. It's a great first. Only downside, no disk drive. this should not make or break your decision to buy this PC, though. you can get an external disk drive for $20 nowadays. Kudos to CyberPowerPC. Great job all around.
