My first gaming PC, what a great start with great graphic at a great price. I am sure it will last several years before needing an upgrade-AND it looks so cool, too

This computer is perfect if you're a casual gamer, I play LoL and some steam games, medium to high quality with no frame drop. Aesthetically, the computer is great as well, the glass pane on the side, the LED lights, the metallic look. The location of the ports is great as well. Tower has A LOT of space for future upgrades, when I say A LOT think of A LOT and then a bit more, so this case will be with you for a long time if you take care of it. Overall, I would recommend this computer for anyone who's a casual gamer.

This CyberPower PC is exactly what I was looking for... a gaming PC without the gaming PC price tag. Not a hardcore gamer, just needed a computer that could run Steam games like Skyrim. This PC runs the game smoothly and effortlessly with great graphics. It was a snap to set up and plug into my Samsung 4k TV & sound bar. So far, I love it!

Desktop is running smoothly so far. It's been great for our first gamer desktop. Games have ran smooth and it was pretty easy to set up. Which was a good thing because there was little to no instructions. If windows 10 says that it is not a legit copy as you are setting things up just enter the product key found on side of the tower. I had to Google to figure out the solution. The look of the tower is nice and sleek looking and the glass on the side is a nice touch. I will update this review in a few months after I have had a chance to really use it.

After having issues with two other types of computers, the technicians at Best Buy suggested I try the CyberPower Model out. So far I am impressed with the speed of the system. I have been setting it up since I got home and I do believe this is the PC I should have started out with, so far it has ran Adobe Photoshop and two browsers without any issues. The accessories included in the box were also a nice perk including the year of McAfee, Gamers Headset and the fact CyberPower actually supplied all the Drivers and OS on disc that the system could ever need. The only drawback to the Computer thus far is the lack of DVD Drive however, that is a minor issue and can be taken care of with an external. Best Buy stood behind their customer satisfaction.

Since my husband and I like to play online games we wanted to get gaming keyboards, mice and headsets for our laptops, hoping it would help makeup what we were lacking in CPU, graphics, etc. During my hours of research I stumbled across CyberpowerPC and liked that for the price I was going to pay for the keyboards, mice and headsets for my husband and me I could purchase a gaming computer that comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse that would meet our needs and be an upgrade from our laptops for about the same price. We decided to purchase two computers so we both could play at the same time. There are two reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating. The first is the computer doesn't come with an optical drive yet it comes with restore and device driver disks and no instructions on how to customize the color schemes. Fortunately I do have a portable optical drive the computer recognized immediately upon plugging in so I don't have to purchase anything more. I look forward to being able to customize my computer once I have the instructions on how. This is a good computer for the price. The keyboard and mouse are comfortable to use and I like the way the keyboard and mouse are set up for gaming and work with the computer easily.

Got this for my son as a graduation gift and he couldn't be happier. Speed, Great graphics, and storage capacity. Every piece of software, Everquest 2, The Elder scrolls online, World of Warcraft, Rift, Aion, installed has run flawlessly without lag or hiccups. So glad I made this purchase.

This Gaming Computer is GREAT For the Price! Lots of room to upgrade it and runs very smooth.

This is a perfect gaming PC if you're on a budget. Right out of the box the PC was ready to go, set-up was a breeze. PC is fast and the graphic card works for what my kids like to play. Three happy kids gamers, what more could you as for?

I would definitely recommend this computer! It's extremely fast and fits pretty much all of my needs. Definitely able to handle multiple things at once. It does not have the best graphics card out there, and I"m usually only able to run games in medium quality. This is fine for me, but be aware that this will not be able to handle games in ultra quality. Also, it doesn't have an integrated wifi reader, but it comes with a USB one. This works mostly well, though it does have hiccups every once and while. Simply replugging it in usually works. A really massive computer, so be aware that it won't fit many places especially if you don't want it showing. Overall though I am extremely happy with this computer. It fits all my needs, and I like that I can upgrade it when/if I want to.

Just got this Pc the other day. I started right up. No set up required. Runs most games at high setting no problem. Games like dark souls 3 and arma 3. If you are looking for an affordable gaming pc I would definitely recommend this one.

Plug and play. very easy to setup fast and easy to operate

Although I no longer play MMO's, my intentions for this computer is productivity, Day Trading and casual games. I would rate this PC a 5/5 but I thought there were some minor issues to dust off. I am loving it so far. Long story short, I had to go back to Best Buy to exchange my item. The new item had better quality but still had some random plastic shavings present on the logo. 1) I bought the PC un-opened, brand new from Best Buy. I noticed that the headphone jack on the top part of the tower was kind of bent out, and scratched. I was not happy with this, I thought that there may be something else wrong with the main components if the outer ports aren't properly closed. (Photo Included) It looked like someone opened it and forced it to close. 2) The main logo at the front face had a lot of shaving pieces coming off...Although a minor cosmetic issue I expected a product that would be clean/finished. The blue cord for the hard drive was also missing. 3) After exchanging the product for a new one, the new one had the blue cord, and a sticker on the side cautioning the glass component. There are still some shaving pieces left on the company logo, but for this one there are more shavings located within the system. Again, it's a minor cosmetic issue for me, I could totally open the PC and "fix" it. (Photo Included)

This PC was easy to set up right out of the box, start up was quick and easy and the speed and graphics quality was everything I could ask for. The graphics card handles all my gaming needs and more.

so i originally bought this in may/2017. all was good. periodically the cpu fan would make noise. thought nothing of it. eventually the fan got so loud and almost stopped spinning altogether. i brought it in to the store to have the cpu fan replaced. they said, not only could they not replace the fan, but the brand it was couldnt be sent out for repairs. i was like 'so gimme a new one'. they said "this model isnt in stock anymore, and id have to find another model that theyd reinburse me for". funny. i walked a few feet away and saw same model, on their floor, for sale at same price. hmmmm? anywho.. i got same computer replaced, for free with geek warrantee or whatever its called. this one seems to actually have a good cpu fan. idk... theyre good on their warrantees and what not.... but to have to replace a whole computer for a faulty fan, doesnt seem like good business. whatever, the saving grace was the geek warrantee.. new item for free. my new one has a different fan, much quieter

I got this PC for Christmas. I play CSGO, Subnautica, and other games, and this PC runs them fairly well. At the moment I have no problem with high temperatures. Also the case is big enough to put better parts into it. But one problem is that the motherboard doesn't have enough RAM slots to upgrade to 16 or 32 GBs.

The computer is excellent and set up was very easy. Nice feature that the mouse and key board was included. Would have liked if the key board was lighted.

While I'm not a gamer, I do a great deal of video streaming as an ASL interpreter, also have significant needs to photo and video editing. The processor is super fast, video card does not disappoint! 1 TB HD means I can store everything I need for my video projects and RAW photo files. Lifetime tech support? Yes please! Love that it includes the mouse and keyboard (wireless would have been nice but who's complaining?). I do need to add a DVD drive to be able to use some media and backups that I have. Other than those minor details - I'm incredibly happy with the performance so far.
