I don't play games like the ones you list. With that typed, this machine (CyberpowerPC GUA1200BST) is probably the "lowest end" machine that can probably Do What You Want. However, I suggest you look at the "next machine up": CyperpowerPC model GUA2400BST with an 8-core FX-8350 processor and the 4G memory Radeon RX480 card. It's currently (as of this missive) priced at $699.99. The motherboard is A Little Better than the 1200BST in that it has more open slots for expansion (the 1200 only has one PCI slot, and the PCIx1 slot is "covered" by the Radeon video card so it can't be used). The review @ this link, http://techgage.com/article/a-look-at-cyberpowerpcs-gua2400bst-amd-vr-gaming-pc/, indicates it's a More-Than-Capable machine for gaming and VR. Hope this helps. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We haven't tried those games, but we do play Ark: Survival Evolved on it, and that game has to be the most graphics intensive game around (is still in alpha). That being said, we can't run it on "Epic" settings with a good fps, but one level lower and we do run around 60 fps. For the money, this is a pretty impressive machine. You could upgrade slightly on the graphics card and it would improve, but I'm not sure of the price to do so. It's got a good amount of RAM, so you're not limited by that.
