“Hello I recently bought this pc and when I start it up, one of the fans is never on and also when I play overwatch and a lot of action is happening my frames will go from 75 to around 30-40 then go back up so how do I fix these two problems”

All of your case fans should be on. If not, maybe one of the connection is loose from shipping. You can DL MSI after burner or GPU Z to check your graphics card's temperature (should be < 80 c), and MSI command center to check CPU's temperature (should be < 70 c). Maybe it's overheating when you're playing games. If you're not good with opening up the case and diagnose the problem, bring it back to BB.
