QuestionI bought this pc and arrived just now. As im inspecting inside of it, seems like the GRAPHICS CARD fan doesnt spin. I tried everything to check whether a cable is not connected or something is blocking the fan but no. I might return it if not solved.

- Answer We're sorry to hear there is some confusion. Generally these video cards have a feature in which the fans on the GPU stay off until the card reaches a certain temperature. to be sure the fans properly work please attempt to run a game and confirm the fans begin to move. Running a game should push the GPU to work harder thus causing it to increase in temperature. QuestionHi I would like to know what icore is Thisbe computer

- Answer This is an AMD based machine. The CPU is the Ryzen 5 1400. the Core-i series such as; i3, i5, and i7 are intel based CPU's and therefore have no relevance to this PC. In benchmark testing the R5 1400 is comparable to the i5-7400 however the R5 1400 beats the 7400 in almost every way except for playing games at 1080p on ultra settings. However this can be fixed by overclocking the R5 1400 up to (at most) 4.0GHz in which case it handily beats the i5-7400 which is NOT overclockable.

QuestionI know this does not come with an CD/DVD drive, but can one be installed? The case does not look like it opens up from the front.

- Answer Unfortunately an internal optical drive can not be installed in to this case. The case does not support one. You are able to use an external optical drive as many of them simply connect to the computers USB ports. - Answer No it doesn't! I was a little disappointed by this. It just comes with a cheap tiny heatsink and fan. No brand name on it.

- Answer Are you plugging the VGA cable into the motherboard? Because the Ryzen 5 1400 is a CPU and not an APU, it doesn't have integrated graphics so you will have to connect to the graphics card to get any signal. You will also have to use a display port cable or an HDMI cable as the RX 580 doesn't support connection via VGA. Hope this helped!

- Answer 1- Ryzen 7 is a CPU, not a APU, so connect the monitor to the Graphics Card. The motherboard's connections for graphics are only an ornament. THEY DON'T WORK with a CPU. 2- You don't need a disk drive for Windows. It's installed already. Connect your monitor, start your PC, let Windows start, and when the License Number is asked, write there the number that is on the side of the case. (I have answer a bunch of questions today... I will ask CyberpowerPC for a free item or something. LOL) Have a great day.

QuestionHow do you change the led colors

- Answer The front of the case has a Light button next to the reset button under the lip of the case front. One click changes color A 2-5 second hold turn off LEDs Another 2-5 second hold switches to Blink, Ie: fade out, fade in, and the color can be cycles via a short click. Another 2-5 second hold will switch to a auto-cycle of all the colors. Another 2-5 second hold will change to the beginning one color.

QuestionI plan to buy 4 of these, for coin mining. I wanted to know the cooler on the CPU, is it the cool AMD Stock cooler, and what is the power supply, wattage, and 80+ rating?

- Answer Nope. It is not the AMD cooler. It's a cheap (probably $5) "master cooler". Ryzen 5 1400 COMES with its cooler, so I have no idea what did they do with it. Besides, the Bios will give you a CPU temperature that is inaccurate. Install the Ryzen Master Utility and compare the temperatures.

- Answer Yes, it runs all of these games pretty well. You can go on YouTube and look at a review of this computer. Austin Evans reviews the computer and does benchmark tests on games like these.

- Answer You have to check what your RAM kit is. Physically take it out, find a part number and buy another one. Personally I got Geil Evo Potenza 2133 which is about 50 - 60$ a stick.

QuestionAbout how many frames will this PC get on csgo all low settings? That is pretty much all I'm gonna use this PC for. My old one gets like 45 frames on all low so I'm hoping this one will be like in the 200-300s but some confirmation would be nice. Thanks

- Answer The computer itself has no integrated speakers, but the monitor I got has speakers built in. If the monitor you hooked up to it doesn't have them you would have to buy some.

- Answer Take off the right side of the case. There are 2 2.5 inch drive caddies mounted vertically. Screw your SSD into that. there should be an extra SATA power hookup visible hanging down. You may need to move some cables around to get enough slack. You’ll also need a SATA cable to fish through the grommet and hook onto the motherboard.
