“how do I connect to the wifi? when I connect to the wifi it only gets one bar and it drops then grabs it again . I have another pc next to this one and it gets all bars the only problem is this pc”

Please make sure you are attaching the included antenna for the wireless adapter as that needs to be connected to the back of the PC in order to obtain a stable connection.
