• No it doesn't! I was a little disappointed by this. It just comes with a cheap tiny heatsink and fan. No brand name on it.

• I think its really if you're lucky enough to get one or not. I see a majority of people getting a cooler master set up on their R5, I was lucky enough to get the stock one with my purchase. My rgb lights were also ran on the top rather than the bottom.
