“I bought this pc and arrived just now. As im inspecting inside of it, seems like the GRAPHICS CARD fan doesnt spin. I tried everything to check whether a cable is not connected or something is blocking the fan but no. I might return it if not solved.”

Generally these video cards have a feature in which the fans on the GPU stay off until the card reaches a certain temperature. to be sure the fans properly work please attempt to run a game and confirm the fans begin to move. Running a game should push the GPU to work harder thus causing it to increase in temperature. • mine didn't spin at first, found out there was 2 round clear plastic sticky tabs on the fans. After removal, only time they spin is when I play games.

• Modern graphics cards have a feature that stops the fans from spinning until it reaches a certain temperature, gigabyte cards have an RGB led to let you know when the fans stop spinning

• Yeah if your card isn't in need of cooling, your fans wont turn on. I also freaked out as soon as I booted it up too. Cheers!

• It won't spin until it's under load. Mine didn't start up until I started gaming. Web browsing, music and MS Office wasn't enough to get it going since the system has very good ventilation, fans and coolness.

• You have to install msi on your pc and then you can control fan speed on there. don't touch anything else though just the fan speed.
