This was a gift for my young grandsons for pc gaming so I don't know the specs. Regarding the Internet issue, they don't have connection problems. Their folks had an Internet extender in the room to solve connection issues a while ago. You might want to look into that...there are many products available at different price points. Maybe BB has some advice on that.

If your trying to run the newest triple A games then you will need to turn down the settings in the options. With your internet try connecting through wifi or ethernet. It could be a problem with your wifi adapter or ethernet port or on your internet providers fault.
