• It does not come with a monitor, the cords would come with the monitor.

• No it does not come with a monitor. I just bought mine and it came with the antennas for the wireless pc card, gaming mouse, and gaming keyboard. It also does not come with a monitor but I use a 24 inch sanyo tv connected with a HDMI chord because the unit does have a HDMI out.
