Not much. You would really be looking at a similar card if you didn't upgrade the power supply. However, I got a really great deal on a Corsair 800 W PSU and it took about 20 mins to switch out the PSU. Other than the PSU you wouldn't have to change much but 350W is just not enough to support an upgrade. I put in a GTX 970 which required a 500W PSU minimum and I know when I looked at the AMD r9 390, which is the comparable card to the GTX 970, it required 700W minimum.
