A:AnswerIt will have a very rough time running those two games on any graphical setting. What I reccomend is buying this pc and then buying a separate graphics card like the NVIDIA gtx 760 and replacing the graphics card. It will save you money and be less expensive then a prebuild with that graphics card.

I tried to run it and it didnt even get past 5 fps at the character creation. I am saving up for a new gpu and psu, you are gonna be stuck with games such as minecraft, csgo, eso, LoL, smite, ect.

A:AnswerThe same thing happened to me. I tried everything to fix it, nothing worked. I eventually took it back to best buy for help, and they said there was a faulty part inside the computer. They took that one back and sent me a new computer. Maybe thats the case for you.

To play most games available including some of the graphically intensive games you will need to at lease a minimum of a GTX 950/GTX 1050 or higher or AMD RX-460 or higher graphics card. You will need to upgrade the power supply wattage depending on the requirements of the graphics card.

Technically upgrading to a good quality 600-700 watt 80 Plus power supply would be more than sufficient unless you're planning to someday install 2 GTX 1070's in SLi (which would also require the motherboard to be upgraded).
