Unfortunately we cannot recommend any specific brand or model of hardware to upgrade, otherwise this will be a more generalized generic recommendation. To play most games available including some of the graphically intensive games you will need to at lease a minimum of a GTX 950/GTX 1050 or higher or AMD RX-460 or higher graphics card. You will need to upgrade the power supply wattage depending on the requirements of the graphics card.
