can this pc run fallout 4 rust and h1z1 null

Out of the box yes, but not at full settings. I upgraded my video card to the gtx 970 and it will run that at full settings with great fps performance!

This pc will have a rough time running fallout 4 on any graphical setting. You can play rust and such games at around medium setting with 35-42 frames.
