Yes, you can upgrade both. Any of the Skylake i5 or i7 non-K and any PCI-E GPU can be installed.

upgradable GPU-yes it has an PCI-E x16 slot and the CPU-Without the SN there's no way to check the specific build. it could have anyone of these in it either from Gigabyte, MSI, or Powercolor. they do not use a cookie cutter style of production
