• Yes, it will definitely run all these games without a problem. Minecraft you'll get about 90fps on maxed out settings. I'm not sure on Garry's mod but that will be high as well, and for tf2 once again I'm not sure but it is not a very performance demanding game so it should run it fine. I hope this helps. :)

• Yes this can run all these games with no problem. You may not get 60fps but it is definitely playable.
