“I just bought this product. I checked to see all the wires are connected before turning it on. I'm using an hdmi cable (which i assume is ok) to a tv screen. But I'm not getting any picture or response. Am I missing something?”

Please make sure you are connecting your display from the HDMI port located on the graphics card located below the audio ports. Please note the HDMI port above the audio ports is part of the motherboard's integrated graphics which is disabled because a graphics card is installed in the PC.
