A:AnswerI further tried a different video card in the CyberPower PC and it worked fine. I then tried the CyberPower PC video card (Nvidia 3060) in 2 different PCs and they both had the same error so it's clearly the Cyberpower PC provided Nvidia video card that is the issue. Not very good quality control from Cyberpower.
Had to wait until Monday to call CyperPower since they are closed on Sunday. I call first thing Monday morning and they say no agents available and to leave a message even though they are supposed to open at 8:30am pst. Do I dare risk exchanging the machine at Best Buy (which entails waiting for another shipment as they don't stock them) or should I just go with another brand? I have never purchased from Cyberpower before.
