“My Gpu does not appear in task manager, it is not being used by the computer. I have checked the device manager and it comes up with error code 43. I have tried many solutions to this to no avail. My drivers are all up to date.”

I further tried a different video card in the CyberPower PC and it worked fine. I then tried the CyberPower PC video card (Nvidia 3060) in 2 different PCs and they both had the same error so it's clearly the Cyberpower PC provided Nvidia video card that is the issue. Not very good quality control from Cyberpower. Had to wait until Monday to call CyperPower since they are closed on Sunday. I call first thing Monday morning and they say no agents available and to leave a message even though they are supposed to open at 8:30am pst. Do I dare risk exchanging the machine at Best Buy (which entails waiting for another shipment as they don't stock them) or should I just go with another brand? I have never purchased from Cyberpower before.

Nothing like waiting the entire XMAS weekend to try and contact technical support. Can only spend so much of what is supposed to be a holiday weekend messing with something that doesn’t work.

I've tried everything from uninstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, unseating and reseating the graphics card, etc. So frustrating. @GpuNotDetected, was it ever solved for you or did you have to return the PC? Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
