I'm really enjoying this PC, i run everything on ultra with no issues whatsoever. As we all know it's still hard to get a great graphics card these days, so for the price and design of this desktop its just an overall great deal. Like most of the other reviews have stated, yes this towers fans need to be flipped. And yes, you will need a better CPU cooler to avoid overheating but in my opinion the 50 dollars is no big deal if you're already getting your hands on such a good gpu.

This pc is a really good pc for beginners, however, the cpu cooler is not that good, so I would recommend switching it, also, flip the side fans! The air should be going out, look up some YouTube videos on how to do it, I had no experience on pc’s but I achieved it! Other than that it is really good for gaming, I have not yet tried to stream but I’m sure it would be fine. Great price and I recommend :)

I originally purchased this pc to pull the graphics card out and piece together another pc/ It seemed cheaper than just trying to even get a new card. After I got it unboxed I like actually liked the case and the overall specs are pretty good for the price point. Destiny 2 @1440p settings at high and I pull 60 frames and it would be better if I just toned the graphics down a bit. THE ONLY CON so far is the stock cooler is garbage. Temps jump into the 70c range at idle or light load but that can be fixed . I put just a simple hyper 212 cooler with good paste and problem solved.

I've had almost no problems so far, Many reviews had warned me previously to get a new CPU cooler as the $20 Cooler Master included was not sufficient for this hot running i7. Didn't realize the scope of the situation until I saw 100 degrees Celsius readings on the CPU temps while merely downloading games. For what I paid on sale (1400 USD) I was not disappointed at all, and I found that upgrading to a Hyper 212 cooler was a learning experience for me. Seeing the temps not go higher than 75 C on full load was satisfying. I also had to swap the front 2 fans to exhaust, which is a very simple fix, a matter of flipping them over. Overall I did not deduce any stars because I read prior reviews and knew what I was going to receive. Great PC!

I can't say enough great things about this PC made by Cyberpower. Runs everything smoothly and every game I've played so far looks great. The one problem with the PC itself is the cooler for the CPU. The stock cooler is very cheap and is literally the only thing Cyberpower cheaped out on when it came to manufacturing. I was running temps anywhere from 70 to 90 degrees Celsius while playing games on the higher end of CPU strain. The great thing about this problem is the case is huge, so even a Noctua DH-15 will fit. Once I put that, the temps have never gotten above 70 degrees Celsius. Overall, very happy with what I bought and the keyboard is actually usable compared to what other companies ship out with their PCs. (The photo provided is with the DH-15 installed to show that it fits just fine)

Awesome PC that I received for a great price. Components: - RAM: (2) Team T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 8gb 3200 MHz (16 GB total) - GPU: Nvidia Gforce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card from MSI - CPU: Intel i7-11700F - CPU Fan: Cooler Master (crap) - Motherboard: Gigabyte B560 DS3H - Storage: 500 GB WD Blue SN550 SSD that is the boot drive, along with a 1 TB WD Blue HDD. - Tower: CyberPowerPC tower - Tower Fans: CyberPowerPC tower fans (3 total) The Good: - Really happy with the majority of the comonents on this build. Considering the current GPU shortage, there is no way I could build this PC myself for $1400. The 3060 Ti is a beast. - Easy to set up and started up fast first try - Shipping was lightening fast as I received it next day - Packaging was good. There was expandable foam in the case, so no components seemed to be damaged and there were no loose wires. - Cable management was decent - Keyboard and moust provided are surprisingly decent and very usable - Remote for the RGB provided is nice and has quite a few different options/colors with different settings The Bad: - The CPU cooler. THIS THING SUCKS. At idle and minor loads (web browsing, etc.) is relatively ok (between 45-deg C and 50-deg C), but when you put any type of load on this thing (e.g. light gaming or minor stress tests) I was getting between 80-90 deg C! For example, playing CSGO for 5 minutes, the CPU was around 87-deg C. Why CyberPower slapped such a crappy CPU cooler on with this build I will never understand. - The tower's airflow is pretty lacking, mostly due to the front panel of the case being completely closed off with air-flow openings. - The 2 front-side fans were set to exhaust, when they should be set as intake fans. Really confused with CyberPower's thinking here with this. Simple fix though, as I just unscrewed them and flipped them around so that they would be intaking air. - Lastly, the lack of any type of decent startup manual. With this being a prebuild there really should be a manual that has information regarding the build itself as well as things like BIOS information, etc. All in all, I'm happy with the build for the price. If I didn't have to swap the fans around and purchase a better CPU cooler, this would be 5-stars, but for those reasons I have to knock it down to 4. If CyberPower can make this right, I will update the review to 5-stars.

Beast of a PC, Stock CPU cooler needs to go though

Came across this PC on best buy while it was black Friday, Really wanted to get into PC gaming for the longest and finally bought this awesome machine. Of course I did read the reviews before purchasing it and they weren't kidding, the stock cpu cooler needs to go. Every game I played literally ran my CPU temp up to a 100 degrees Celsius and crashed every game I tried to play. This is easily replaceable though. I removed the stock cpu cooler and replaced it with a corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler. CPU temp never goes over 60 now even while gaming. Keep in mind this is literally my first ever PC and I have no prior knowledge of building or replacing parts but it was honestly really easy putting in the new CPU cooler. So I definitely recommend this to anyone who is willing to upgrade it and really wants to get into PC gaming.

This is the first prebuilt I bought during black Friday. PC was packaged great and nothing seemed to be damaged. Upon boot up, everything was good and ran fast. The main concern was just like the majority people who purchased this PC. The Cooling fans. Again, just like the others I had to tinker a bit and switch the 2 case fans to intake. The CPU temp seemed too high when browsing and even on idle. Which is why I plan to purchase a better Fan. The only other concern is that the return key on the keypad doesn't recoil properly and I have no clue on how to fix that. But I guess it's no biggie. Otherwise, it's a great PC overall and I'd recommend this to others and upgrading the CPU fan is a must.

This is an awesome machine once we made a couple of changes. Don't let the changes discourage you from loving this machine. It cost $50 to get this machine to be able to run without overheating. Unfortunately the temps would rise too high causing the computer to shut down when playing a game. The first change that CyberPowerPC needs to change immediately is to install the front fans in the correct air flow direction. The back fan and the 2 front fans were all installed in exhaust. This creates negative pressure in the case and is bad for many reasons. This is a quick fix though and takes a few minutes to flip the front fans around so that they are pulling in air a the front of the case. The bigger issue that was resolved with a $50 CPU cooler purchase. I went with a Cooler Master - Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 120mm CPU Cooling Fan with RGB Lighting - Black. I have never built a computer before and have always been nervous about messing with any thermal paste damaging my CPU, however I gave it a go and I'm glad I did. It was not near as difficult as I made it out to be. I did have to remove the old CPU fan bracket from the back side of the motherboard. The bracket is held on with adhesive so you do have to pull it off with some good force. I was worried I was going to break it but it came off relatively easy once I put some muscle into it. I am so thankful for another review that mentioned the adhesive as I would not have pulled as hard as I did without reading that. Once that was off it was easy to follow the directions that came with the new CPU Cooling Fan. Since making the two changes to the cooling system the computer is running AMAZING!! No issues what so ever and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Especially since getting a 3060 ti GPU by itself is next to impossible right now. If there wasn't a shortage of the GPU's then I would expect CyberPowerPC to have made these changes to the system when they build it. However, since GPU's are impossible right now I am willing to look past the inferior cooling system that shipped and now am extremely happy with the rig.

Out of the box, this PC was crashing while running games such as CSGO or GTAV. As several other reviewers suggested, I also highly recommend replacing the CPU cooler and flipping the front fans around. It makes a HUGE difference and in my opinion the PC goes from unplayable to perfect. I can now run GTAV at max settings without going over 60-65 C. I went with a CM Hyper 212 RGB black for the CPU cooler. I also went ahead and upgraded the RAM when I purchased it. The included keyboard is fine and I like the mouse, but I can't find the software to tweak the mouse settings. If you're like me, you're probably uncomfortable with working with PC components (which is the point of buying a pre-built!) I would describe the process as a religious experience. Installing the CPU cooler was easy enough (I recommend watching Gear Seekers if you go with the same cooler I did) and flipping the fans was even easier. Removing the original cooler was tricky, though. Since I was just going to throw it away anyway and I was too lazy to undo and redo the cable management, I took a pair of scissors and cut both the power and the RGB lighting cables attached to the fan. Unscrew the cooler AFTER getting the cables unplugged (not before like I did - this requires extra prayer and hope that you don't break something.) Also, there is adhesive holding the bracket onto the back of the motherboard so don't be afraid if it's stuck. After that, it was as simple as removing the old thermal paste and watching Gear Seekers' video on how to install the new cooler. Turning the side fans was the easiest part, as all you need to do is unscrew the four screws holding them in and turn them around. If the manufacturers would fix the cooling issues, I would rate this 5 stars. Highly recommend this PC if you're comfortable making the changes stated above. Otherwise, go with another PC.

I cant get my hands on an RTX video card in the wild, so I finally caved and purchased this pre-made machine from CyberPowerPC. I've had the machine for 3 days, and so far I'm in love with it. Valheim runs at max settings at 60fps in 1080p. It came with Windows, so this thing is pretty much ready to go right out of the box. Windows ran some automatic first time setup and I was good to go. I will give an update if anything were to go wrong. This is a brand new computer, but my initial reaction is that I really couldn't be more happy with it, and CyberPowerPC :)

Very nice gaming pc for the price! Setup and startup was a breeze. My son is beyond happy! Only thing we did was upgrade the stock cpu cooler to a Corsair liquid cooler. The Icue H100i elite (top mounted as exhaust) and changed the airflow in the case a bit by flipping the two side fans to intake which cut his temps almost in half. Not only was Installing the cpu cooler a breeze it was a bit of father son bonding. Absolutely recommended this pc w a little mod.

I bought this PC around Black Friday when it went on sale. I spent weeks watching this PC and reading several reviews before i decided to buy it. When i purchased the PC, i immediately noticed that all the reviews were extremely accurate about that same 2 items. 1. CPU stock cooler is not good 2. Case fans in the front need to flip Before i purchased NZXT Kraken Z73, my CPU was running at 90+ degrees Celsius. Almost all the games i played would force shut down due to the high heat. I also upgraded RAM to 32gb. Now the PC with the upgrades, and fans properly working together, the performance of the PC is more than I can ask for. With the beefy water cooling and upgraded RAM, i easily run all games at max settings and get 60+ fps. Games currently I play consist of World of Warcraft, New World, Halo Infinite, CS, Smite, and Civ 5. I would highly recommend this PC, especially if you can get it on sale.

The computer is very good, the price is reasonable, and it runs very fast. Now the graphics card 3060ti is very expensive. The only disadvantage is that the CPU temperature is too high, the radiator should be replaced, and there are 2 fans in the front box. They are placed as exhaust devices and should be intake devices, so I turned them around

It is my first time buying a pre-built computer. It is perfect and his price point and definitely worth the purchase. It came to my house perfectly with no damage at all .It came with foam in the inside and the outside to protect it. I turned it on set it up and it runs very smoothly. It could run high settings on any game and it runs very well on my monitor. This is a good purchase for a good start.

Purchased the PC from a BestBuy in Michigan - overall performance was very solid and I'm happy with the price and product, though there were some minor issues that required labor on my part. 1. The stock cooler provided, while pretty with its RGB fan and black accents, was terrible at actually keeping the 11700F i7 inside from becoming an oven. I replaced this with a Noctua NH-U12S Redux which resolved half of the systems temperature issues. This did involve removing the stock CoolerMaster backplate which was glued with adhesive to the back of the board. It was easy enough to pry, but considering it already had screw mounts, the adhesive was excessive and could have been a barrier to system customization if it had been more resistant to prying. The rgb power cable connected to the cooler fan was also taped down with electrical tape which when unwound, revealed the pins themselves were bent/damaged. I fortunately have no need for the connector, but feel like this was an attempt to mask an accident during initial build. 2. I flipped the front fans around as in their initial configuration, all fans were set as exhaust. Switching these to intake further improved airflow. With cooling issues resolved, the system looks great - the glass and RGB fans gives it a clean look and I was able to get it all configured, even with the customization changes, within just a couple days of effort.

If you want a Gaming PC that you don't have to make any changes to hardware, This is NOT the one. I received everything well packed (also delayed for almost a week) but everything works great out of box. I read many of the reviews from BB customers and yes, the same issue with CPU cooler. I started hearing the CPU fan going crazy fast by just opening multiple tabs with YouTube or other webpages so I decided to further check and noticed basically what many others have encounter, the three main fans were actually set as exhaust and the CPU fan is actually trying to pull air from withing the case towards the heatsink, I didn't measure the temperature or even tried any games to be honest, at that point I knew the machine was running hot. Changing the position of the front two fans help cooling the system, but if you bought this pc for gaming and you will be playing for hours that won't be enough you need a better CPU cooler. I replaced the CPU cooler with a noctua nh-u12a chromax.black, fits perfectly! socket LGA1200, motherboard B560 DS3H AC, and clear ram, also upgraded the case fans. All of the components on this PC are Great and after the upgrades I'm really happy with the build! Hope Cyberpower were to upgrade the CPU fan with a cooler master hyper 212 RBG BE for this build, that would have been a better choice without having to change anything.

Great experience with our new CyberPowerPC gaming desktop! We were looking to upgrade our laptop for enhanced performance with video editing, not for gaming. The application we use (DaVinci Resolve) lagged substantially on our laptop. Initially, I was looking to build our own, but with the current GPU prices and availability this option was much too challenging. Our CyberPowerPC unit was on sale for Black Friday, so we deiced to go this route. It is comparable to what he was looking at building. Overall, the PC has been great! The box is a bit bigger than I expected but fits nicely under my corner desk. Upgraded to a Corsair high-performance liquid cooled GPU cooler and paired with 4K monitor. Perfect for what we use it for! DaVinci Resolve runs flawlessly making our editing much more efficient. Graphics are superb, great functionality, no lagging, and very quiet. The GXi3400BSTV8 is a great value!
